Wine Review: This white gold colored sparkler opens with a pleasant mild apple and bread dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and shows nice life. The flavor profile is a crisp apple with a pleasant hint of lime and mild minerality. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. So if you are looking for a Very Good and reasonably priced Sparkler, consider this Cremant D'Alsace. Pair it with with mini quiche Lorraine tarts. Enjoy- Ken

Winemaker Notes: Served chilled, Cremant d’Alsace is a lovely aperitif and adds a special touch to cocktails requiring sparkling wine.
