Wine Review: This yellow colored Champagne is rich and old school. It displays tiny bubbles and it opens with a musty twig and truffle like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, creamy, and rich. The flavor profile is a mild grapefruit with notes of sherry and mild minerality. The finish is dry and. The panel suggested that this Champagne would pair well with teriyaki chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Color: Luminous pale gold, with abundant sparkle and fine, persistent bubbles. Aroma: Delicate, elegant and rich. A deliciously-scented bouquet of mango, pineapple, lemon and apricot mingle with fresh springtime flowers such as hawthorn, chamomile and jasmine. Taste: Fresh, elegant and lively with notes of pineapple, mango and apricot, followed by nuances of hazelnut. Long, elegant and persistent finish. A marvelous complement to almost any kind of dish. This wine can take the journey from roasted scallops with lemon and farm-raised veal chops with potatoes straight through to a crisp caramelized pear dessert. It is, in short, pure culinary delight.
