Wine Review: This light yellow colored sparkler with lots of bubbles opens with a mild apple bouquet with a hint of dough. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and effervescent. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart lemon with a hint of strawberry. The finish is dry and remains crisp and refreshing. This sparkler is a pleasant appertif. It would pair quite well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
