Wine Review: This light salmon colored sparkler opens with a pink grapefruit bouquet along with scents of freshly picked strawberries and raspberries. This full bodied sparkler boasts notes of red fig, pomegranate, and raspberries on the front of the palate, while the acidity and big bubbles allow the flavors to linger on the back palate reminding you to take another sip.
