Wine Review: Gloria Ferrer is 3 for 3. This mostly Pinot Noir sparkler has a nose that reminds me of a fresh summer fruit salad. Watermelon, honeydew melons, fresh cut strawberries, and raspberries jump from the glass. On the palate, this sparkler opens with a bouquet of wildflowers that transforms to a raspberry creme brulee on the mid-palate and finishes with a Meyer lemon. This is my favorite of the 3 introductory Gloria Ferrer sparklers. Nicely done. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Bright strawberry and black cherry aromas with subtle vanilla highlights. Creamy cherry, lemon and cola flavors combine with a lush palate, lively bubbles and a persistent finish. Outstanding with crab, Thai cuisine, roast pork, quail, foie gras or semi-sweet desserts.
