Wine Review: This orangish pink colored sparkler was my favorite Sparkling Rose entry this year. The panel’s scores had it tied with another wine at the top. It opens with a mild strawberry bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry and apple. The finish is dry and very pleasant. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This luminous pale salmon rose offers a mouthwatering nose full of enticing strawberry, lemon, pear and vanilla aromas, delightful bread dough nuances and a trace of rose petals. A creamy entry onto the palate leads to tangy raspberry, apple and citrus flavors, and bright acidity sustains the refreshing finish. Delicious as an aperitif or served with a wide range of cuisine from grilled prawns, smoked salmon, or cheeses like Brie or Monterey Jack.
