Wine Review: This pale orange colored sparkler opens with a mild tangerine bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is apple with gentle minerality. There was also a hint lemon as well. The finish is dry, lively, and refreshing. I would pair this sparkler with ham. Enjoy – Ken
