Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild pear and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, and balanced, with mineral infused ripe Bartlett pear flavors. It is very easy to drink. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine would pair nicely with roasted chicken in a garlic broth. Enjoy - Ken
