Wine Review: This dark pink colored Rose from the Russian River opens with a pleasant red cherry and orange bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, a little acidic and mouthwatering .The flavor profile is a tasty tangy gentle tangerine with notes of mild minerality and gentle red raspberry. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Rose is food friendly and would pair well with Wisconsin grilled bratwurst. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Delicate aromas of rose petals and wild hibiscus flowers intermingle with complex notes of dried red fruits and fresh bread dough. A diverse array of flavors reveal themselves slowly, including pomegranate, feijoa, watermelon, and strawberry preserves. This wine is exceedingly refreshing, pure, and impeccably balanced with natural acidity, all while providing a savory, yet mineral laden and superbly cleansing finish.
