Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cab opens with a mild black cherry bouquet with a hint of wood. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied to full bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a spicy mild black raspberry jam and juicy black cherry blend. The finish is dry and its moderate old oak tannins are tingly and stick around for a while. This Cab is a fine everyday wine that pair well with a burger off the grill. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 2007 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon reveals aromas of sweet fruit with rich flavors of black cherry, raspberry and currant. Medium in body, the wine is very approachable and maintains a balanced mouth feel.
