Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Fritz was the winner of our Big Blind tasting. It opens with an attractive tangerine and guava like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and fruit forward. Its acidity level was noted as a bit elevated. The flavor profile is a zesty lemon lime with a touch of grapefruit in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing. The panel suggested pairing this wine with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP
