Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild peach bouquet with a hint of honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green pear with a hint of lime. The finish is very dry and its acidity lingers for quite some time. This wine would be good with grilled teriyaki chicken.
