Wine Review: This almost clear colored Viognier opens with a mild peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and gentle. The flavor profile is a fruit forward mild peach with hints of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors are slightly prolonged. This Viognier is friendly and will appeal to fans of the grape. Pair it with five fruit chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine is a fresh greenish straw color. The aromas are lively with lemon-lime, white peach, grapefruit, peach blossom, and honeysuckle flower. With a soft and voluptuous body and texture, this Viognier is seductively pleasant with juicy fruit and white peach flavors. The distinctive floral fruit and lingering long finish underscore the versatility of this variety. While it has broad base appeal as a stand alone glass of wine, it can be paired with many dishes, especially spicy Thai, Indian, Mexican or Asian cuisine
