Wine Review: This clear pale coral colored Pinot Grigio from Frecciarossa opens with a shy white peach and mild ginger ale bouquet hint strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, zesty, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is Bosc pear and almond blend with notes of white pepper and light grapefruit I also detected hints of saline and herbal tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this Pinot Grigio with Rhode Island clam fritter. Enjoy - Ken & Mark
