Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens a mild green apple and fresh cut grass like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, quite acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of lime and white pepper. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers for a while after the wine is gone. This Sauvignon Blanc is a good summer wine and would pair well with roasted garlic chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine is brilliant with a beautiful pale yellow colour and green glints. On the nose shows an intense aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon zest with hints of boxwood flowers. The mouth is very round and flattering with a superbly fresh and acidic finish, still powerfully aromatic. Coquilles St. Jacques (scallop) with a maracuya and lime sauce will be the best dish for this wine!
