Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant mild peach and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and tangy. The flavor profile is green apple with notes of grapefruit and lime. The finish is dry and a bit of minerality shows up at the end. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with a light white fish, like Dover sole. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw color. Effusive grapefruit, lime zest, and lychee aromas. Fresh, full, and lively with vibrant layers of lemongrass and citrus, hints of melon, and a long mineral finish with grapefruit and bright lime flavors.
