Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a lime and candle wax bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, viscous and tangy. The flavor profile is a tart lime and green apple blend with notes of minerality and touch of orange. The finish is pretty dry. I would pair this food friendly Riesling with chicken lo mein. Winemaker Notes: This time around, our Reserve is in the dry style. While loaded with intense aromas of kiwi, jasmine, juicy red raspberries, lemon, mango and nectarine, this wine retains a beautiful lightness and tight palate structure. The long, long finish is redolent of lime zest and minerals.
