Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot opens with a fragrant strawberry bouquet with a hint of black raspberry in the background. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a mild strawberry and gentle black cherry blend with a hint of vanilla oak. The finish is dry and easy going with faint lingering fine tannins. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with cherry amaretto chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Ripe cherry aromas explode with hints of forest floor in the background. On the palate, dark ripe berries round out the middle which are followed by notes of cardamom spice and vanilla on the finish.
