Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot opens with a musty oak and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and mild black raspberry blend. There are notes of mild oak mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its lengthy moderate tannins are noticeable. This Pinot is food friendly and would pair nicely with veal medallions sautéed in a sage brown butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken
