Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored dry Riesling led a flight of reasonably priced offerings that I just covered. It opens with a faint Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of apricot. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, and has a satiny mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mild citrus with hints of minerality. The finish is semi-dry and pleasant. Enjoy this wine with linguine and clams with a clear white wine sauce. Enjoy - Ken
