Wine Review: This pink salmon colored Cava with lots of bubbles opens with a wet stone bouquet with a hint of red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a mild raspberry and strawberry blend with a hint of spice and white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a quaffable offering that will go down easy on New Years Eve. Enjoy – Ken
