Wine Review: This very yellow colored Cava with medium bubbles opens with a wet stone and mild green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and fresh. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green pear with a hint of lime. The finish is crisp and refreshing. I would pair this sparkler with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy –Ken

Winemaker Notes: A sophisticated bouquet of roasted nuts, citrus fruit and honey combine with layers of complexity through the palate. Flavors of lemon and melon are followed by a spicy finish.
