Wine Review: This red colored Pinot Noir is from a new winery for me. What a first impression they made! This Pinot opens with a strawberry bouquet with hints of red plum and red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty strawberry with notes of nicely integrated mild minerality. I also detected hints of gentle red plum and rhubarb. The finish is dry and is nicely prolonged. This elegant Pinot is very food friendly and would pair nicely with fresh sliced Norwegian salmon. Share with friends, but warning, it will not last long. Enjoy - Ken
