Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Grigio from Ecco Domani is a good value wine. It opens with a red apple and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is lime and honeydew melon with nicely integrated minerality. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Pinot Grigio is food friendly and would pair well with baked cod. Enjoy – Ken

Your comments on this wine:

Are all wines meant to be aged? No. In fact, perhaps 90% of today's wines are vinified for consumption within 2 years of the vintage.
