Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zinfandel opens with a mild mint and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a mint infused boysenberry with a hint of sour cherry in the background. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are dusty and show good length. This Zin would pair well with meat lasagna. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Huge, dark and rich. Coffee, dark chocolate, blackberry, plum and black cherry aromas, with smoky, spicy notes. Powerfully rich in the mouth with good intensity. A long, spicy finish.
