Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with an attractive apple like bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty light green apple with notes of spearmint throughout. The finish is dry and lingers for a little while. The panel felt this wine would pair well with roasted garlic chicken or a rack of lamb. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The traditional notes of tropical fruit are amplified by aromas of ripe apple, citrus and guava. The fruit opens onto the palate with rich creamy textures filling the mouth. The heavy, creamy textures are balanced with a bright acidity that keeps the fruit elevated for a long finish.
