Wine Review: This wine opens with a wet stone and gentle tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty sweet tea and lemon blend with notes of tangerine and minerality. The finish remains sweet and fades away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with Cabot's seriously sharp cheddar cheese and stone wheat thins. Enjoy - Ken
