Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling opens with fragrant green apple bouquet and pilsner beer bouquet. On the palate, this wine is racy, vibrant and crisp. The flavor profile is a blend of lemon and green pear with notes of green apple and white pepper. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This Riesling is very refreshing and ideal for readers who enjoy lively wines. I would serve it with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
