Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling from Dr. Pauly opens with a mild apricot and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, sweet, and approachable. The flavor profile is a white peach and tangerine blend with a touch of honey, tea and minerality. The finish remains very sweet and lingers for quite some time. The panel suggested pairing this dessert like Riesling with ginger sesame chicken or Dancing Deer clove and molasses cookies. Enjoy - KWGTP
