Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling is impressive. It opens with a fragrant wet stone and tangerine like his wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, lively and sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple and Bartlett pear blend with nicely integrated minerality. The finish is pleasantly sweet and lingers for a bit. Pair this very tasty Riesling with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Racy with attractive peach and ripe apple flavors. Our Badstube Riesling is the perfect partner for veal or turkey. Try it with chicken or Sushi as well!
