Wine Review: This wine was the winner of our first blind flight of Rieslings. It is light yellow colored and opens with a gunflint bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and displays nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty pineapple and lemon blend with a hint of apricot mixed in. The finish is semi-dry and very refreshing. The panel would pair this terrific Riesling with ham or brie. Enjoy - KWGTP
