Wine Review: This pale-yellow colored Riesling from Dr. Loosen initially displays 100’s tiny bubbles. It opens with a lime and ginger ale bouquet with hints of peaches and cantaloupe. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well-balanced and refined. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral influenced lime with notes of ginger. We also detected hints of green apple, pineapple and saline mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely extended. This Riesling would pair perfectly with bacon wrapped broiled scallops and a cheese board. Enjoy – Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: A heavenly, dry Riesling with forceful minerality from 100-year-old vines grown in the blue slate soil of Graach.
