Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with an attractive orange peal bouquet with a hint of linden. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and displays some edgy acidity. The flavor profile is a tart peach fruit (like close to the pit) with ripe pineapple notes. The finish is semi dry and lingers slightly. The panel suggested pairing this with curried chicken salad with a slice of apple pie. Enjoy - KWGTP
