Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a fragrant apricot and pear bouquet with a hint of burnt match. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, friendly and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty peach with notes of quince and touch of minerality and tangerine. The finish is semi-sweet and lingers for a little while. This wine is perfect for chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A Sam's Club exclusive. This wine is extremely fresh and dense supported with lively acidity. It is extremely well balanced with great minerality and a bouquet of acacia flower, cedar, almonds and apricots. On the palate lychees, white peaches, pear and a hint of pink grapefruit come through. Perfect with marinated chicken, Asian influenced fare, salmon and even great with spare ribs or on its own. It truly is a wine that makes you look forward to the next sip!
