Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot opens with an attractive mild raspberry bouquet with a hint of black pepper and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and slightly tart cranberry blend with a hint of oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins are modestly extended. This Pinot was a perfect match for the rich 60% dark chocolate that we had handy. You could also pair it with braised rabbit or pork chops. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This complex wine offers layers of aromas, including intense black cherry, cola, blackberry, ripe strawberry and a touch of sweet black tea. Its polished textures glide onto the palate, offering abundant blueberry, strawberry and ripe black plum flavors throughout a wonderfully persistent and deftly balanced finish. - Kenneth Juhasz, winemaker
