Wine Review: This light yellow colored sparkler opens with a mild green grape and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and foamy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes white pepper and a touch of lemon. The finish is dry and its mineral notes linger briefly. This value priced sparkler would pair well with mini-quiche Lorraine appetizers or a light and spicy Indian dish. Enjoy – Ken
