Wine Review: This light coral colored Rose blend from Cotes de Provence is a very good value. It opens with a wet stone bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with a hint of peach. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a very nice everyday Rose to have on a hot summer day. I would serve this slightly chilled with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Salmon pink. Flavors of strawberries and red berries. Lively and fresh, with citrus fruit aromas and plenty of fullness.
