Wine Review: This straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre opens with a pleasant pineapple and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, viscous and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with notes of gentle pineapple, papaya, and apple. I also detected a hint of minerality. The finish is dry and its delightful flavors linger nicely. This wine would pair well with roasted garlic chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A rather discrete nose, hesitating between ripe fruit and scree. Right and slender mouth, with a ripe matter, impetuous, and a tasty, fresh and intense final. Pair with goat cheese, grilled lobster.
