Wine Review: This dark Garnet colored Zin opens with a mild black cherry and cranberry bouquet with a hint of old oak and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is dusty oak and tart raspberry with dark chocolate shavings sprinkled in as well. The finish is soft and subtle. The panel thought this Zin would pair well with barbecue steak tips. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Reddish-purple with aromatic notes of lavender, violets, and black raspberry. Flavors of Black raspberry, blackberry, cassis, chocolate, clove spice, long persistent finish of blackberry and black raspberry fruit, sweet chocolate and spice.
