Wine Review: This clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Chile is for fans of wines that love green peppers. It opens with a fragrant green pepper bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and acidic. The flavor profile is a pleasant green pepper with hints of peas and minerality. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This is a well-made Sauvignon Blanc and will definitely have a fan base. The panel suggested pairing it with chicken cacciatore. Enjoy - KWGTP
