Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild peach and gentle banana bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a very mild Anjou pear with a hint of minerality and green apple. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine is a good everyday white wine that would pair well with rotisserie chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Upon pouring this lively Sauvignon Blanc, bold scents of passion friut, gooseberry, and citrus erupt from the glass. Juicy, white fruit & melon flavors team with bright acidity, ending with a lengthy but refreshing finish.
