Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre opens with a mild pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine was light bodied, balanced, and quite flavorful. Those flavors are a tangy lime and tangerine blend with hints of green pear. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from limestone soils on hillsides. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruit and freshness of the wine. Produced from 30-to-40-year-old vines.
