Wine Review: This salmon colored Rose from Bordeaux opens with a mild strawberry bouquet with hints of tangerine and red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is mild strawberry and gentle minerality. I also detected hints of green apple. The finish is dry and subtle. While this rose is not overly complex, it is very nice, refreshing and a pleasant summer quaffer. A nice value that I would serve at the beach with cheese and crackers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: It shows a light, but intense, vibrant pink color and displays wonderful aromas of lush, ripe, plump summer red berry fruits on the nose. On the palate, it is packed with strawberries, grapefruit and subtle savory notes that are nicely complemented by a deliciously refreshing acidity and a long, dry, spicy finish. Drink now, well chilled and enjoy it anytime until the next vintage arrives.
