Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rose from Provence opens with an appealing strawberry and orange bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy going with no hard edges. The flavor profile is a tasty mild tangerine and strawberry blend with nicely integrated gentle minerality. I also detected notes of lime as well. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a little while. This Rose is food friendly and it would pair well with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken
