Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pleasant green apple and lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and friendly. The flavor profile is a tasty mild grapefruit with notes of gentle minerality and lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild acidity fade away nicely. This wine is very versatile and would pair well with many dishes. A garlic chicken came to mind first. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Sauvignon Blanc from our Horse Heaven Vineyard is a crisp, racy style of Sauvignon Blanc with citrus characteristics. We use partial stainless steel fermentation to preserve the Sauvignon Blanc's pure, fresh, vibrant character.
