Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild lime bouquet with a hint of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is lime with a hint of peach and honeydew melon. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with a seafood casserole. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A fan favorite, this Gewurztraminer is such an enjoyable wine with exuberant fruit and clove spice. This is a lush style of Gewürztraminer with a lot of floral character, yet it still maintains the grape's natural crisp character. A touch of Muscat offers citrus notes and a deeper spice character. Try this wine with Thai food or any cuisine with a little "bite" to it.
