Wine Review: This almost clear colored sparkler made from 100% Riesling opens with a mild green grape and bread dough bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon with hints of nicely integrated minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. I would serve this good value sparkler as an opening aperitif with quiche Lorraine appetizers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This delicious, fruity Cremant style methode champenoise sparkling wine is very inviting with its apple, honey, and spicy aromas. Made from 100% Riesling, this sparkling wine is both excellent for every day sipping or special occasions.
