Wine Review: This light ruby colored Merlot opens with mild and attractive bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle black raspberry with hints of black currant, oak, and blueberry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are friendly. I would pair this value Merlot with thyme seasoned pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: PURE VELVET! Milk chocolate, wild blackberry, baking spice, rose oil...beautifully perfumed Washington in a glass....Velvet Devil? HELL YEAH!
