Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay made quite an impression on our tasting panel. It finished in second place in our blind tasting. It opens with an attractive cantaloupe like bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this offering is full bodied and nicely balanced. It flavor profile is a toasty baked green apple with hints of honey and subtle oak. The finish is a dry and nicely prolonged. The panel would pair this wine with lobster or au gratin potatoes made with cheddar cheese. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Supple, lush and layered, this enticing Chardonnay begins with tropical fruit aromatics, highlighting pineapple, lime and nectarine alongside fragrant floral notes and hints of toast and yeast. On the palate, it seamlessly combines a rich, creamy mouth-feel with excellent acidity and hints of spicy oak. Echoing the aromatics, the fruit is ripe and juicy, with a satisfying mouth-coating viscosity.
