Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet based wine opens with a fragrant black currant bouquet with a hint of black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty black currant and black cherry blend with a hint of vanilla. The finish is dry and its gentle dusty oak tannins are slightly prolonged. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with a filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Cinnamon and cocoa scents mingle with the aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and toasty oak. Robust flavors of espresso and red and black fruits layer deep into the core of this delicious wine. Elegant tannins round into the firm backbone of the wine, while an impression of bittersweet chocolate hangs gently on the aftertaste.
